As an organisation, we strive to support the community in offering volunteering and work experience placements where possible and appropriate. At Carlton Bolling, we want to be able to maximise the potential of people within the local area by presenting chances to experience what it really means to work with young people, developing skills from organisation to professionalism and chances to build professional relationships with future generations.
There are many facets to school life and gaining an understanding of these is invaluable when looking at career options within education, so we endeavour to support in areas from Learning Support and SEND, to admin and attendance. All of these allow for informed decision making when pursuing lifelong careers in the Education sector.
