Carlton Bolling praised for exceptional implementation of Early Careers Framework programme

Exceed Teaching School Hub has praised Carlton Bolling for their outstanding implementation of the Early Careers Framework (ECF) programme.

Carlton Bolling, an outstanding inner-city secondary school, has implemented Ambition’s ECF programme on a large scale. The school supports 34 Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who make up 27% of the teaching staff, with guidance from 27 dedicated mentors.

Led by Neil Sutcliffe, Assistant Headteacher and Induction Tutor, the programme has become a key part of the school’s ethos of ‘Excellence for All’. Its success has led to the school expanding instructional coaching across the entire staff, empowering future leaders and improving outcomes for all.
