Carlton Bolling School has been recognised with the highly regarded Careers Mark Award, celebrating its outstanding careers education and guidance programs.
The Careers Mark, managed by Complete Careers as part of the Quality in Careers Standard, evaluates schools across five key areas: management, careers learning, information, advice, guidance and support, and learner outcomes -assessed through interviews and an “assessment day.”
This remarkable achievement reflects Carlton Bolling’s dedication to equipping students with the skills and confidence to thrive in the workplace and beyond. With an impressive 0% NEET rate (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), the school’s careers education initiatives are making a real difference.
To celebrate, the school hosted a vibrant Excellence Week featuring over 20 inspiring guest speakers, including alumni who shared their career journeys and encouraged students to dream big.
