Bedrock Learning

Bedrock Learning is a literacy curriculum that is proven to have a significant impact on children’s vocabulary. It helps to improve your child’s overall reading comprehension and communication both in and out of school. (Heading)

Bedrock Learning is a digital resource that teaches and assesses vocabulary and grammar in a way that is personalised to your child and gives their teacher the data they need to monitor this crucial area of teaching and learning. It also supports learners to build their academic vocabulary. This is vocabulary that your child will need, not only in their exams, but in all aspects of life.

At Carlton we believe that everyone deserves to expand their language, and expand their world. Our platform identifies where knowledge gaps exist and takes them on a journey to build their vocabulary and communication skills.

Bedrock is statistically proven to improve these elements of language by assessing, teaching, and reteaching your child these skills.

Hey there, couldn’t help noticing you’re using Internet Explorer

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
